Everett G. Barry, Jr., is a Senior Partner at Mulvaney Barry. Mr. Barry attended Lafayette College and received his A.B. in History in 1968 and attended the University of Virginia School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1971. Mr. Barry was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1971 and to the California bar in 1972. Mr. Barry also served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. From 1973 through 1979, Mr. Barry served as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Barry is a member of the Bankruptcy Mediation Panel and of the San Diego Superior Court Arbitration Panel. Mr. Barry has over three decades of experience in Banking, Real Estate, Creditor’s Rights and Insolvency Law, and is a frequent lecturer on those topics. Mr. Barry is also a founding member of the Logan Heights Family Health Center Foundation and served on the Board of Directors from 1990 through 2001.
